Almost 20 years ago, I bought my very first domain and built a website right here on organizeme.com. At the time, it was for my new scrapbook storage organizer company I’d started in my basement and over the years, as my dreams and goals have shifted, it has worn a few different hats. As the years have passed, I learned that owning a business and working from home took a lot more than just desire and willpower, it was about learning how to work more effectively, in a space that I love being in every day, and to actually love what I do.
When I first joined the online world, I was so proud of my username “buzybonnie” (spelled with a z of course to be different and unique!). I didn’t realize then that there was so much I was doing the hard way and that being busy wasn’t a badge of honor, but a sign of disorganization and lack of goals. Today, it’s not about looking or being or even feeing busy, but creating a world around me to achieve my goals.
What will you learn hanging out with ME?
Working from home and running a business is a lot of work! I have consulted with companies of all sizes, from mom & pop to Fortune 500, even with TV celebrities to help them streamline their businesses online and setting themselves up for success and marketing their businesses online. Having worked from home during most of those years, I have learned (the hard way!), the importance of creating the spaces and systems to support you working down the hall from the kids, and even how to work from anywhere in the world that had wifi. Together, we will explore the many ways to get organized and set up for success!
Why ME?
So many “experts” have never been there and done that. Along with starting businesses, advising businesses and even being an employee as well, I understand wearing many hats that a mompreneur, a solopreneur, even an entrepreneur wear. They can be endless. Just two years ago, I was working full time with a Fortune 500 client, going to college full time (15 credits a semester), was a publicly elected Governing Board member of our school district with over 26,000 students, taking a year long leadership course and trying to be a wife and mother of our 5 children, 3 dogs, a ball python, and a few other random pets. Needless to say, life was all about survival and only doing what mattered most.
Yet, some of my proudest accomplishments were made during that time. I was focused, driven and if you were not part of my goals, you didn’t make the cut! (More on that later.)

I love helping businesses create processes and streamline how they function to make more money and spend less time “working” to focus on the things they love. Does making $50,000 in a weekend interest you? Do you have an email box with 5,000 unanswered emails? Lack the time to be “you” or your business on social media? These are just a handful of the journeys I’ve taken clients on to achieve or solve. And, while we’re at it, we’ll tackle the home front because, in reality, most of us are working feverishly so we can take care of our families and their needs. When both parts of our lives are in sync, there is peace. And, creativity and success emerges.
